Multiple guesses per household are okay if you can't agree with your spouse. If you guess as a couple, you'll have to share the prize.

$1.3 million? I'm always amazed when watching House Hunters on HGTV and they quote prices like that for comps in the area without batting an eye. I take it that we won't be coming to California for Thanksgiving at this house?

I'm going to guess $950,000. I don't know why - I just want to put in a guess that's a little different from the other people's! I'm probably way off. Either way, I'm not buying it! Maybe I'll just call Chuck.
I'll go a little lower.... My guess is $785K.

You know, prices have gone down almost 15% in the past year in Van Nuys? That still doesn't mean they are affordable though! I'm taking the educated guess, and going around the average home price, since this does sound like an "average" home. Though it does have hardwood floors and a guest house. I'm saying it's the "LOW PRICE" of 575,990. Average home price is 460,000 in Van Nuys, compared to 590,000 of last year! Time to grab those hot properties, right?

I am going for $850K. I think that the man extras are like built in tool boxes and CD racks.
