(Let's pretend for just a little bit that I'm some amazing quilter and I write my own quilting blog...)
I finished this quilt today, just in time for company. I am so in love with it that I honestly don't care if ANYONE else likes it, although I think you will!
And the back, of course (with the hubby's feet & head sticking out!)
Here are a few of my favorite blocks:
And finally, in its place of honor, on the couch, ready to cuddle.
I call it Sand & Surf because as I was almost finished I realized that the colors (and some of the prints) remind me of water and pebbles and the general peace at the beach.

Pretending over...
In all reality, it took me seven months, from start to finish. I sent out the fabric during a quilting bee in November and took until February to get them all back. Then I had to make a few of my own and finish it all. Plus, in that seven months I had a baby. I think that allows me a little bit of taking my time on it.

It's beautiful, Lindsey! I envy and admire your talent.
I am so impressed! I love the name for it. You do good work.
I love the colors...beautiful quilt.
Oooo it's just so well done! Very "professional quilting blog" worthy. No pretending necessary! That print on the back is VERY nice. The size looks so perfect for the couch, too! You should definitely have taken that to bed with you right away and not leave it for some stinky old boy! (hee hee)
It is so pretty! I love the colors. It almost makes me want to be as amazing as you and make one myself.
I ADORE it!! Cute name, and I think I'd like to do one like it...if I ever get the motivation for it :). Way to use 7 months!
Lin, It's fantastic!! I love the colors and the geometry and the hugeness!! woo-hoo!
