When Karlie got the call that she would be given a brand new baby girl in less than 24 hours, I was anxious to get there and celebrate with her. I couldn't go, so I quilted instead. Here's the quilt I made for Baby Ella:
I quilted along the diagonal lines formed by the pinwheels. You can hardly see it on the front, but it shows up better on the back:

I really like the fabric (Central Park for Moda) and I enjoyed making those pinwheels. It was a super easy, fast quilt, one I'll definitely be doing again. Karlie really loves it too and I hope Ella gets a lot of use out of it, loving it until it's thread-bare. :)
