Sewing, dailiy sewing

I've been craving a good project lately and I finally settled on one. I decided to use some of the fabulous fabric Holly gave me for my birthday (btw, sewing stuff and fabric as gifts for me is ALWAYS a good idea!). I had seen a pillowcase dress tutorial online and thought it was the best idea. I grabbed my fabric and got to work. I was happy to find that the tutorial was easy and I had all the necessary materials at home. Yippee!

So here's the dress:

And a closeup of the neckline detail.

I decided to make a flower from the scrap fabric.

I love the way it looks right on the hip.

I'm really proud of the way this turned out. I hope Bekah loves it as much as I do!

ooooh! I LOVE it! You need to have Bekah model it now. And take pictures to share. Also, remember how I found those keys? Random.
