Look what I made today!

Malcom and I have a favorite towel for Bekah's bathtimes. It's the pink one given by Grandpa Reid. It's big, thick, and has a nice hood. All the others have gotten way too small as Bekah's gotten bigger. Malcom asked if I could sew up a few more and I took a stab at it. I found a few tutorials online, bought the stuff at Target, then stitched 'em together during nap time.

I knew that just the towel alone would be boring, so of course I added some embellishments from some fabric I already had. I'm proud of how they turned out and will definitely be making more for baby showers and toddler birthdays in the future!

My mom and one of her sisters made those for my girls and the absolutely LOVE them! Your's are really adorable. In the way of embellishments, mine both have really cute ribbon lining the hood, and Evie's has flowery buttons along it with the ribbon. And with both, the ribbon hangs down really cute. Looks like a great craft to get into. Selling? Keeping for Bekah? Giving as gifts? or do you know yet?
