I am very thankful (yesterday) for traveling to Arizona in safety and relative peace. We came for Andrew's wedding and I had to drive all the way--Malcom was sleeping off the night shift! We all did pretty well--Malcom got a little sleep, Bekah was mostly well-behaved, and I was able to stay awake for the whole thing (thanks to a little cherry coke!). It was an uneventful drive which is what you want when driving 400 miles.
Today I am thankful for a great wedding day. Drew and Staci were so sweet. They both cried during the ceremony and really beamed with love. The day was a little warm, but cool in the shade. The luncheon was good, and the reception was beautiful. It was a great start to their marriage and I really think they will do well together.

Glad you made it there safely! Hope the drive home is just as pleasantly boring. How wonderful to enjoy a sweet wedding!
